Alfred Doctor serves as the practitioner portal for the 11 Health Telehealth platform. The aim of Alfred Doctor is to connect a patient from the 11 Health platform to one of our RNs, and provide realtime care at the fingertips from one of our registered clinicians.
Doctors and Nurses are able to launch realtime Telehealth sessions with patients, view appointment details, and escalate as needed.
